Conference on Cross-Border Cooperation

International trade fair for machine tools, manufacturing and automation INTEC is one of the most important events in the field of metalworking industry. The central theme of this year's event concerned solutions of downstream manufacturing processes under the heading of Industry 4.0.

The “Ländertreffen 4.0 - Sachsen-Polen-Tschechien-Rumänien” conference on the cross-border cooperation of companies from Saxony, Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic was held on 7 February. Jiří Koudelka from NT Automation presented a topic of the readiness of small and medium-sized companies in the Czech Republic for implementation of the main elements of Industry 4.0. We believe that sharing experiences across regions contributes to improving the conditions for introducing new practices and helps to connect the most suitable partners for specific projects.

In cooperation with IMTOS company, we presented our original solution for unloading finished parts from the CNC machine using a collaborative robot FANUC. These parts were placed in plastic pallets in which they can be transported for further processing.

Our team is able to cover small projects within automation process as well as the complex solutions according to costumer requirements. In cooperation with the client, we always find a solution that meets his needs, possibilities and specialization. Our motto: Aby problem can be solved!

Chinese delegation visited the Czech INDUSTRY CLUSTER 4.0

The delegation from the Guangdong Province of China, led by Governor Mr. Ma Xingrui, met representatives of the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce and an industrial cluster associating engineering and IT companies. Guests were particularly interested in activities related to Industry 4.0.

Jiří Koudelka (NT Automation) illustrated his experience of specific projects from the markets of China, Germany and Mexico on several automation examples. Other speakers focused on introducing Brno in the economic context or analysis of the readiness of small and medium-sized companies in the South Moravian Region to accept new standards.
