1. Data we process
For job applications we process your name, email, telephone number, message, selected role and technical data needed to submit the form securely. For direct enquiries we process the details supplied by email or telephone. The server may record IP addresses and technical logs for security and diagnostics.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- responding to enquiries – pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in responding,
- recruitment – steps before an employment relationship; consent where you request retention for future vacancies,
- website security and abuse prevention – legitimate interests,
- legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims.
3. Retention
Enquiries are kept while handled and for no more than 12 months unless a contract or law requires longer. Unsuccessful application data is deleted after recruitment, normally within 6 months; retention for future vacancies requires consent and is limited to 12 months.
4. Recipients and transfers
Hosting, IT support, legal and accounting providers may process necessary data under confidentiality and contractual safeguards. Google Maps loads only after your click. Google processing may include transfers outside the EEA under applicable safeguards.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. 6. Voluntary data and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary, but required contact details are necessary to answer or assess an application. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
